Founded in 2003, Morgan Homes began as a small family business in the heart of Carmarthenshire. Over the past two decades, we’ve grown into one of South and West Wales’ leading homebuilders, delivering around 100 new homes each year.

Our sister company, Morgan Construction Wales, employs around 70 people across the region, alongside a network of trusted subcontractors. Together, we deliver high-quality homes for local authorities and social housing providers, further demonstrating our commitment to meeting the housing needs of our communities.
