Welcome to Parc Peris, a stunning development of character bungalows and houses, with spectacular sea views over “The Bay” in the coastal village of Llanon.
Parc Peris is set in a fabulous location on the coast of Cardigan Bay, with easy access to the local beach. The development is only 11 miles south of Aberystwyth and 5 miles north of Aberaeron on the main A487 coast road. The village offers many local amenities including a family-owned pub, convenience store, local shops and a traditional Fish and Chip Shop.

The beach can be accessed via a footpath and is approximately a 5-minute stroll from Parc Peris. The route takes you past the Village Hall, through the twin village of Llansantfraed and on to the beach near the Church of St Bride. Llanon is a virtual midpoint of the Ceredigion Coastal Path walk that runs from Ynys Las in the north to Cardigan in the south. It is a beautiful walk covering all the towns and villages on its route and may be walked in easy sections. A 10-minute drive south takes you to Aberaeron, a stunning Georgian harbour town, where you will find many excellent restaurants and a good selection of independent shops. Heading north, the larger town of Aberystwyth can be reached in approximately 20 minutes and has all the amenities you would expect plus the bonus of an excellent University and the National Library of Wales. Buses run hourly
in both directions up and down the coast.
Primary school provision is at Ysgol Gynradd Llanon, a Welsh medium school which currently has 31 pupils on role. Staff to pupil ratios are well above national average, the school feeds in to Ysgol Gyfyn Aberaeron which is a bilingual school located 5 miles away in Aberaeron.
Medical services are provided in Aberaeron where there several GP practices to choose from. Pharmacy services are also located in Aberaeron, but most pharmacies will offer prescription delivery service to Llanon. A well-equipped district general hospital can be found in Aberystwyth offering a full range of medical and surgical services.

gellir ymweld â thref harbwr drawiadol Aberaeron. Yno gwelir ambell fwyty rhagorol a dewis da o siopau annibynnol. I’r gogledd, gellir cyrraedd tref fwy Aberystwyth mewn oddeutu 20 munud. Mae yno lawer o amwynderau ynghyd â Phrifysgol a Llyfrgell Genedlaethol Cymru. Mae bysiau’n rhedeg bob awr i’r ddau gyfeiriad, i fyny ac i lawr ar hyd yr arfordir.
